Must Have
Lead Full Stack Developer – Angular & Python (Flask)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Architect and implement responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern frontend technologies.
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python and Flask.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate business, technical, and usability requirements into scalable application architectures and implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and establish engineering best practices across the team.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the technology stack.
- Ensure application security, data protection, accessibility, and compliance are built into solutions by design.
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software quality.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, participate in sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps to support future platform growth and scalability.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering processes, frameworks, and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including significant experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 2+ and modern frontend development practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Python and Flask.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive, browser-based web applications with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and API integration.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience building gRPC APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Apache Cassandra.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery, or AWS SQS.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and scalable system design.
- Proficiency in writing clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code across the full stack.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
