We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Spare Parts Sales & Logistics Associate to support customers with spare parts sales, order processing, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and warehouse activities.
This position works closely with customers, suppliers, and the Service Department to identify the correct parts, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate availability and delivery, and ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Identify mechanical and electrical spare parts using parts lists, drawings, E-Plans, and ERP systems
- Prepare customer quotes and provide pricing, availability, and lead times
- Process customer orders and purchase orders
- Follow up on quotes, open orders, backorders, and delayed shipments
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory information in the ERP system
- Receive, pick, verify, pack, and ship spare parts
- Coordinate parcel and freight shipments with carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse locations
- Prepare packaging and wooden crates when needed
- Process customer invoices and assist with follow-up on unpaid invoices
- Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve order or shipping issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in parts, customer service, sales, warehouse, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
Preferred Experience
- Spare parts or industrial machinery experience
- ERP system experience
- Inventory management
- Shipping and freight coordination
- Mechanical or electrical parts identification
Compensation & Benefits
$53,000–$57,000 per year + potential bonus

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys a position that combines customer service, sales support, logistics, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities.
Pay: $25.50 - $27.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
