We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to help build the next generation of AI-powered applications that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and drive business value.

Responsibilities
70% – AI Software Development & Engineering

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled software applications.

Build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and modern AI frameworks.

Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, copilots, intelligent search, and workflow automation.

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise data.
-
Develop and consume REST APIs and microservices.
-
Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code primarily in Python, with experience in Java, C#, or JavaScript considered a plus.

Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.

Utilize enterprise AI platforms including Azure AI and Palantir Foundry/AIP to build intelligent business solutions.

Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy solutions using cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Follow engineering best practices for security, testing, documentation, and responsible AI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.

0–2 years of software development experience through internships, co-ops, research, personal projects, or full-time employment.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus.

Understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

Experience developing software applications through coursework, internships, or personal projects.

Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.
