Role Overview
The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for both creative strategy and design execution. This role develops creative concepts, directs the visual style of campaigns, creates high-quality designs, and guides junior designers to maintain a strong and consistent creative standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Concept Development**
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for clients.
- Create visual directions based on marketing objectives, target audiences and brand identity.
- Develop scroll-stopping concepts for social media and digital advertising.
- Translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into creative ideas.
- Research current design, advertising and social-media trends.
Design & Creative Execution
- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, presentations and campaign creatives.
- Develop brand identities, visual systems and creative guidelines when required.
- Create multiple creative variations for Meta and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, strategically relevant and conversion-focused.
- Handle important/high-priority client designs personally.
Creative Quality Control
- Review and approve designs before they are delivered or published.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, colours, imagery and brand identity.
- Identify weak designs and improve them before client submission.
- Establish and maintain the agency's creative quality standards.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide Graphic Designers and Graphic Design Interns.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Train junior designers to improve their design skills and creative thinking.
- Distribute design tasks based on skill level and project requirements.
- Build a culture of experimentation, creativity and continuous improvement.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Head, Digital Marketing Executives and Project Manager.
- Collaborate with copywriters/content creators to develop strong visual + copy combinations.
- Work with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Participate in campaign brainstorming and client discussions when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
