About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Dream Builders ABA, you'll work closely with our experienced team of behavior analysts and therapists to provide high-quality behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavioral therapies in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work collaboratively with children, parents, and caregivers to create personalized treatment plans that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
Responsibilities

Implement behavioral therapies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS), in home, school, or clinic settings

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, parents, and caregivers

Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Implement behavioral interventions, including prompting, reinforcement, and redirection

Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including data collection and reporting

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Who We Are Looking For

A motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for working with children with ASD and related conditions

A current or upcoming Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willing to obtain RBT

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and caregivers

Strong organizational and data collection skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records
