Perform manual WiFi performance testing, including coverage, throughput, roaming behaviour, failover, reconnection, and overall mesh effectiveness.

Capture logs, record results, and clearly document findings during test execution.

Raise defects and observations through standard tracking and reporting processes using JIRA, ensuring all supporting logs, evidence, and reproduction steps are included.

Support root cause analysis activities by providing clear test data and validating fixes.

Work closely with product leads, engineering teams, and vendors to plan, execute, and validate test activities.

Generate clear and concise test reports and updates for wider stakeholder consumption.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and ways of working.

Key Technical Knowledge
- WIFI, Booster, Mesh experience desired but not mandatory.
- Understanding of WiFi and networking fundamentals, including channels, bands, backhaul vs fronthaul, client association, MAC, BSSID, and mesh concepts.
- Experience with consumer networking devices, including gateways, boosters, and home network setups.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu/Linux command-line environments.
- Ability to understand logs and expected device behaviour during testing.
