Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Vantage/wmA, PPlus & DSS with deep functional and technical understanding of the platform, its architecture, configurations, and development capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, provide solution design recommendations, and independently deliver enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
- Proven experience supporting business operations, resolving complex queries, and performing root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
- Experience working on modernization, conversion, migration, or transformation initiatives involving Vantage/wmA platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and delivery teams to define and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and how they align with Vantage/wmA capabilities.
- Experience in effort estimation, solution sizing, proposal support, and contributing to business growth initiatives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor team members, provide technical guidance, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for project milestones, delivery timelines, and overall solution quality.
- S trong, hands-on experience with Mainframe is an essential requirement.
