Duties
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI tools to solve complex business challenges.
- Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment processes ensuring scalability and robustness across cloud platforms like AWS and machine learning cloud services.
- Implement unsupervised learning techniques for data mining, clustering, anomaly detection, and natural language processing tasks to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient ETL pipelines, design SQL databases, and manage big data systems including Hadoop and Spark implementations.
- Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes using tools like R, SAS, or statistical analysis software to inform model development and validation.
- Develop scalable data analytics solutions that integrate linked data sources and support real-time decision-making through visualization tools such as Looker.
- Contribute to AI model evaluation, model deployment strategies, and continuous improvement processes ensuring high performance and accuracy of predictive models.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork to implement generative AI applications and support AI-based analysis initiatives that enhance product offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models using Python, Java, or C with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.
- Extensive background working with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark (including Spark implementation), Talend, and SQL databases.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, statistical analysis tools, and statistical analysis for research applications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services on AWS or other cloud providers for scalable model training and deployment.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and generative AI models for advanced language understanding tasks.
- Knowledge of database design principles combined with experience in Data mining, Data analytics, and scalable system architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or Java for automation and data manipulation tasks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly while collaborating effectively across teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
