We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive lead generation and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across key sectors including Industrial, Warehousing, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and connect with potential decision-makers across target industries.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce Flipspaces and understand client requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure effective pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to hand over qualified leads.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead-generation and calling targets.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Good research and data management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM/lead management tools will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
