We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring that inventory is well-organized and accessible.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and returns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
