About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the visual communication of two growing Australian brands: Move My Stuff, a furniture removal and relocation company, and Airmove, an on-demand delivery and moving platform.
You will create engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, customer communications and internal business requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with an understanding of branding, marketing and digital content.
Move My Stuff focuses on reliable and professional relocation services, while Airmove provides delivery and moving solutions for furniture, marketplace orders, office moves and last-mile transport.movemystuff.com+1
Key responsibilities
- Design social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create digital advertisements, promotional banners, website graphics and email visuals.
- Develop creative assets for moving, delivery, furniture transport and logistics campaigns.
- Produce promotional designs for seasonal campaigns, service launches, referral programs and special offers.
- Create clear and engaging visuals that communicate services, benefits, booking processes and customer value.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across Move My Stuff and Airmove.
- Edit photos, customer testimonials, service images and promotional materials.
- Create short-form videos, reels, stories and video advertisements.
- Develop simple motion graphics, animated text, transitions and explainer content.
- Design website banners, icons, infographics and campaign assets.
- Work with marketing, sales and operations teams to understand creative requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Maintain organised design files, templates and brand assets.
- Adapt designs for mobile, desktop, digital advertising and print formats.
- Review all artwork for accuracy, quality and brand consistency before publishing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Marketing Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, social media content and branding work.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create attractive, clear and marketing-focused designs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to respond to feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
- Ability to work with Australian-based teams and meet agreed deadlines.
Good-to-have skills
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Logo design and visual identity development.
- Branding and brand guideline creation.
- Illustration and icon design.
- UI graphics and basic website design understanding.
- Animation for social media and digital advertising.
- Basic photography or video production skills.
- Experience designing flyers, brochures, vehicle graphics or print materials.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and performance-based creative testing.
- Experience using AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of engagement, clicks, conversions and other marketing metrics.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
