About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is curious about data, enjoys solving problems, and wants to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
As a Data Analyst Intern at WeIntern, you will work on real-world datasets and projects while gaining hands-on experience in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from different sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Work with Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
- Assist in developing business and performance reports.
- Work on real-world data analytics projects.
- Document analysis, findings, and methodologies.
- Present insights and recommendations to the team.
- Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other interns when required.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Data Analytics concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data interpretation.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence.
- Experience working on academic or personal data analytics projects.
