You will work with senior stakeholders—including CFOs, CEOs, and PE sponsors—to assess financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, client delivery, and team development. Directors play a critical role in building client trust, delivering projects to high standards, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the practice.

Support cash visibility and liquidity optimization initiatives

Manage and mentor high-performing project teams

Key Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, performance improvement, transaction services, or related areas

Experience in top-tier consulting, Private Equity-backed environments, or finance leadership roles in corporates

Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in complex client settings

Excellent understanding of financial processes, operating models, and performance metrics

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with C-level executives

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification preferred
