Stock Market Sales Advisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Stock Market Sales Advisor to assist clients with financial products and stock market services. The role involves building client relationships, explaining investment products, and supporting clients with their trading and investment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain stock market products, trading services, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Understand clients' financial requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and trading-related processes.
- Coordinate with research and operations teams to resolve client queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Follow company policies and applicable financial-market regulations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, mutual funds, and trading.
- Customer-service and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in stock broking, banking, financial services, insurance, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
