Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the processes related to project generation, issuance of site acquisition packages, contracts, agreements, and NTPs, arising from customer requests associated with the installation of telecommunications equipment on the ground and/or tower infrastructure within the company's site portfolio.
This position ensures that all BTS requests, colocations, additional equipment installations, amendments, and other contractual and operational requirements are processed in accordance with internal procedures, standards, and policies, guaranteeing timely and accurate deliverables, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring alignment with the applicable Master Service Agreements.
Additionally, the incumbent supports internal processes related to the management of technical, contractual, and financial information, floor and tower space control, proper preparation of contracts and agreements, as well as KPI monitoring to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in feasibility analysis, contract management, leasing, or telecommunications projects.
- Experience in technical site analysis and/or telecommunications infrastructure contract management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with corporate systems such as Siterra, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

- Receive, record, and follow up on requests for project creation, NTP issuance, and the preparation of contracts and agreements from internal and external customers for telecommunications sites owned by ATC.
- Timely register each opportunity in the designated corporate systems (Siterra, Salesforce, Tracker, Insite, or other applicable tools), ensuring full project traceability.
- Review each request to ensure it includes all required site technical information, verifying that customer contractual rights and billing conditions are consistent with the applicable Master Agreement, thereby ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information provided.
- Understand, interpret, and apply contractual provisions, including terms and conditions, renewals, lease rates, commercial arrangements, payment terms, and special clauses.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders (Leasing APM, Sales, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments) regarding the proper application of contractual agreements and their technical and financial implications.
- Provide the technical documentation required for contractual annexes, including site layouts, elevation drawings, and colocation forms.
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing information associated with each request in accordance with contractual requirements, including the analysis of MLAs, rights-of-use assignments, EPAs, reservations, and the preparation of acceptance certificates.
- Monitor requests through periodic status reports, performance metrics, and KPIs, supporting effective decision-making and operational visibility.
- Identify irregular or unauthorized equipment installations and initiate the corresponding review and analysis process.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the development, testing, and continuous improvement of internal systems and tools.
- Represent the department in internal and external meetings when required.
