We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Lincoln T-Mobile store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them with their wireless needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and determine their wireless product and service needs.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile devices, accessories, and plans based on their preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong enthusiasm for technology and customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Hourly pay and Commission *
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
