Role snapshot

Drive to multiple customers daily to diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment (lawn mowers, lawn tractors, leaf blowers, etc.).

Maintain an organized, well-functioning company truck and manage parts effectively.

Pay and rewards

$18 - $20 hourly base rate, depending on experience, certification, and location.

What you need to succeed

High school diploma or general education degree.

Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort with testing/repair tools.

Background repairing and diagnosing home appliances or outdoor power equipment preferred.

Ability to follow documented processes to ensure quality workmanship.

Smartphone proficiency, including ordering parts.

Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.

Ability to travel up to 100%.

Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.

Read, understand, and apply technical documentation to resolve issues and complete tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read, write, and speak English.

Physical ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Constant reaching outward; handling/fingering; standing, walking, sitting, and typing using a keyboard. Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling. Occasional reaching above shoulder.

Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicle.
