We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will build smart applications, turn data science prototypes into scalable products, and integrate machine learning models into our core software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Software Integration: Embed AI algorithms and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into robust backend applications.
- Data Pipelines: Collect, clean, preprocess, and manage large datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Deployment & Scaling: Deploy AI solutions to cloud environments and monitor system performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to align AI features with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (primary language for AI) along with solid software engineering fundamentals. Familiarity with Java, C++, or Go is a plus.
- ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Core Concepts: Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
