Job Summary
Logistics Fulfillment Coordinator (TVC)EMEA Hardware LogisticsRole ExpectationsThis role will be expected to own the relationship with our 3PL partner(s) and ensure properexecution of all order related fulfillment, VAS activities, inventory management, and ongoingregular performance reporting. The main categories and expected responsibilities are as listedbelow: Order Fulfillment Coordination with OM to ensure that there is a clean, accurate release of ordersto the 3PL partner. Monitoring of daily orders processed to ensure that allexpected orders ship on the required ship date Coordination with transportation team to ensure that all orders are delivered asexpected on required delivery date Review aging order and backlog reports on a regular basis to ensure that allorders are being released as expected. Are we seeing system issues or otheritems that may be preventing efficient order release? Coordinate with 3PL on capacity based on forecasts derived from Google’sinternal data sources. Work on tactical level operational process improvements together with internaland external stakeholders to improve accuracy and efficiency. VAS Management Provide support to the VAS operations team when required for VAS activitiesfrom labeling to reflashing. Inventory Management Monthly processing of disposition inventory and reconciliation of 3PL inventoryposition with Google reported inventory Coordination with inbound transportation partners to ensure that inventory isarriving and being processed in a timely fashion. Troubleshooting and resolution(short and long term) of items that vary from expected Customer Experience Monthly review with Logistics CI Manager in order to determine areas ofopportunity from a B2B standpoint for a given 3PL Monthly sync with OM and RDP teams in order to determine what areas ofopportunity exist from a B2B fulfillment standpoint. Are we communicatingappropriate information to partners? Are bookings being made efficiently? Areorders accurate? Coordination with transportation team Regular review of existing transportation providers / solutions Monitoring of on time performance and correction as needed Coordination with inventory planning teamOperations Sync Frequency Weekly Operations Sync / Update (30 min) On a weekly basis, the Logistics Coordinator will provide a 30 min update on thestatus of fulfillment operations. Orders / items processed week prior,performance to forecast, delayed orders, 3PL errors, inventory updates, etc. Logistics Coordinator will ask for day to day support as needed in this meetingas well as provide an update on tactical correction items as needed Monthly Operations Update (45 min) On a monthly basis, the Logistics Manager will provide a status update on allprojects for the month, challenges, successes, areas of opportunity, etc.
