Work experience:
Experience building 0- to- 1 (e. g. , founded a company or was an early engineer at a startup building new products)
Can write and ship production code
2 - 5 years of experience in fullstack engineering (TypeScript, Python) with direct customer interaction
Experience shipping bug fixes and iterative improvements from customer feedback
Customer- facing technical work — has directly engaged with customers to discover pain points and build solutions (not just support/config work)
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, or Python
FDE experience or similar forward- deployed roles at high- growth startups
Consulting/IB archetype candidates must have a CS degree & can demonstrably write and ship code (side projects, GitHub activity, or SWE internships)
