This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops to drive team collaboration.

- Ability to assess and improve team processes to enhance productivity and quality.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution within agile environments.

- Competence in using agile project management tools to track progress and report metrics.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
