As a Multifunctional Sales Associate, you’ll help our customers express their personal style and ensure that every visit to MANGO is a memorable experience. With your product knowledge and commercial acumen, you’ll contribute to the success of the store and the team.
- You’ll welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- You’ll inspire customers with style advice and product knowledge, understanding each customer’s needs and recommending what best suits their style.
- You’ll provide excellent customer service, regardless of how busy the store is.
- You will help to achieve sales targets.
- You’ll keep the store attractive, organised and ready to deliver the best possible experience.
- You will provide support at the till and in the stockroom to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Job requirements:
About You
- Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- No specific qualifications are required. Studies related to retail, fashion or similar fields will be an advantage.
