Hiring: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java + Playwright)

We re looking for a seasoned QA professional with strong expertise in Playwright automation using Java and solid manual testing skills. You ll lead automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and ensure the reliability of our SaaS HRMS solutions in an Agile environment.
What You Ll Do
- Drive end-to-end automation with Playwright + Java
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks
- Execute test plans, cases, and scripts (manual + automated)
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Perform cross-browser/platform testing (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs)
- Conduct API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Support performance testing (JMeter)
- Mentor junior QA engineers & uphold QA standards
What We Re Looking For
- 6+ years in QA, with 3+ years in Playwright automation (Java)
- Strong Java + OOP skills
- Hands-on with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD)
- Solid manual testing background (regression, functional, integration)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
- Familiarity with Agile + DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
