Role Description As a Senior Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer at Logic Fruit Technologies, you will lead the design and development of complex, high‑speed PCBs for embedded and electronic systems. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves translating system and circuit requirements into detailed board layouts, selecting components, and ensuring manufacturability, signal integrity, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, RF, and firmware engineers to define stack-ups, routing strategies, and design constraints, and to perform design reviews. Daily responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, documentation creation, managing design iterations, coordinating with fabrication and assembly partners, and resolving design and production issues. You will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards and best practices, and support continuous improvement of PCB design workflows and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong circuit design skills with experience in complex, multi-layer PCB design and layout.
- Solid foundation in analog design and mixed-signal electronics for high‑performance systems.
- Background in electrical engineering with a focus on electronic hardware development.
- Hands-on experience with radio frequency (RF) design considerations for PCB layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics or similar).
- Experience with high-speed interfaces, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets, design specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
