Strong experience with Siemens Polarion and PTC RV&S (Integrity)
• Expertise in ALM tool implementation, configuration, data migration, and data model definition
• Experience with requirements management, traceability, workflows, and process optimization
• Ability to lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders and provide program-level coordination when needed
• This is primarily a hands-on technical role, not a Project Manager position
