The Role
- Support data analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation
- Document business processes and workflows through Process Flow Documentation
What You'll Need
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex queries
- Strong analytical and data investigation skills
- Experience using SQL analytical/window functions
- Ability to perform data validation, testing, and root cause analysis
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
