Work you’ll do
As a Data Privacy Operations Analyst, you will support the reliable day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organisation’s data privacy tools. You will work with privacy, technology, security, and business teams to keep the platform available, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Perform daily operational checks of data privacy tools, including dashboards, workflows, integrations, scheduled jobs, alerts, and data-processing status.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities such as routine health checks, configuration reviews, access reviews, data-quality validation, and maintenance scheduling.
- Provide first-line corrective support by logging, analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues; escalate complex incidents to relevant technical teams or vendors and track them through closure.
- Monitor service availability, operational performance, exceptions, and agreed service levels; promptly report risks, failures, or recurring issues.
- Prepare and distribute daily operation updates, incident summaries, maintenance records, issue trackers, and periodic performance reports.
- Maintain accurate operating procedures, user guides, configuration records, evidence, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support user administration, role-based access, workflow configuration, testing, release validation, and controlled changes in accordance with approved procedures.
- Assist users with tool-related enquiries and provide clear guidance or basic training on standard processes.
- Support privacy operational processes enabled by the tool, which may include consent management, data inventories, privacy assessments, data-subject requests, and incident tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Law, Business, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 (one) or 2 (two) years of relevant experience in IT operations, application support, data privacy, cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT service operations, including monitoring, incident and problem handling, change control, preventive maintenance, and documentation.
- Interest in data privacy and familiarity with privacy principles, personal-data lifecycle concepts, or applicable regulations such as Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law; prior exposure is an advantage.
- Comfort using enterprise applications, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and standard productivity tools; experience with a privacy management platform is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to prepare clear operational updates.
- Collaborative, service-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant entry-level training or certification in privacy, IT service management, security, or cloud technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
