Project Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Java Developer with DevOps/Infrastructure knowledge to join Data Centre Migration Project for one of our Banking Customer.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
- • Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- • Ensure security best practices are followed throughout all stages of development and deployment.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- • Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- • 7+ years of overall experience
- • Java Development - Strong backend Java skills in Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency, Multithreading, and Concurrency
- • Infrastructure & DevOps
- • Good Understanding of:
- - Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers
- - Server connectivity and management
- - Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation)
- - Containerization (Kubernetes, Podman)
- - Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes
- - Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- • Banking domain experience
- • Financial markets background and worked on trading systems
