Key Responsibilities
· Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities/events, and assessments.
· Curriculum Execution: Design annual syllabus in accordance with CBSE guidelines to achieve target-oriented learning outcomes.
· Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using practical and modern teaching techniques.
· Student Discipline & Mentorship: Maintain classroom discipline, offer remedial guidance to weak students, and mentor students for holistic development.
· Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties: Coordinate school events, exhibitions, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, board exam invigilation, and perform other duties assigned by the management from line to line.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a main subject in all 3 years with at least 50% marks OR 4-Year Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in Hindi with at least 50% marks.
Teaching Credential: B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution
Desirable: Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and creative writing; ability to organize Hindi essay writing, debate, and drama events, knowledge of Sanskrit and CTET Paper-II qualified.
