A market-leading consumer platform — profitable, category-defining, and in the middle of an ambitious transformation from a traditional B2C business into a curated "experience" marketplace — is looking for a Chief of Staff to act as the strategic right hand to its CEO.
This is a rare seat: you'll sit at the intersection of board governance, strategic transformation, and hands-on venture building, working directly with a CEO leading a bold reinvention of a household-name business across Europe.
What you'll do:
- Stakeholder & Board Management — prepare board and shareholder materials, support M&A analysis, work closely with the CFO on performance reporting
- Governance & Operating Rhythm — own the company's leadership drumbeat: Exco sessions, leadership engagement, business reviews, and follow-through on decisions and KPIs
- Portfolio Oversight — act as a mini-VC/portfolio manager across the company's internal new ventures, interfacing between the CEO and venture leads to track performance and unlock scale
- Strategic Projects — lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives for the CEO (e.g. AI implementation across key processes), and support the launch of new ventures alongside founder-entrepreneurs
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB), ideally followed by a year in an operational or Chief of Staff role
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- Proven ability to build credibility with C-level executives and shareholders
- A self-starter who thrives with ambiguity, ownership, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- High discretion, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail
Why this role:
- Work side-by-side with an inspiring CEO on a genuine business reinvention, not just an incremental strategy refresh
- Unique dual exposure to corporate governance and entrepreneurial venture-building
- A platform for candidates who've already done one consulting-to-industry move and want real operating stakes
