Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Associate / Senior Associate to join our Strategy & Transformation Consulting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to develop compelling executive presentations that effectively communicate business value.
The role involves supporting strategy and transformation engagements across Public Sector, Financial Services, and Technology domains, helping clients define business strategies, operating models, digital transformation roadmaps, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
A key expectation is the ability to transform ideas into impactful, consulting-grade PowerPoint presentations that influence client decision-making and resonate with CXO stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategy formulation and transformation engagements across Public Sector, Financial Services, and Technology sectors.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, business analysis, and strategic assessments.
- Contribute to the design of organizational structures, target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, proposals, POVs, and workshop materials.
- Build compelling visual stories using charts, infographics, process flows, operating model diagrams, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
- Support proposal development, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Business & Corporate Strategy
- Digital Strategy
- Technology Strategy
- Organization & Operating Model Design
- Business & Process Transformation
- Technology-enabled Transformation
- Domain experience in Public Sector, Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance), and/or Technology.
- Strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving skills.
Presentation & Storytelling (Critical Skill)
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills, including the ability to:
- Develop consulting-quality presentations from concept to completion.
- Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling executive narratives.
- Create visually impactful slides that effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
- Present business value through structured storytelling tailored for senior client stakeholders.
- Produce client-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail and visual quality.
