🚨 We’re Hiring – Tender Executive | Construction
We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle the complete tendering process for construction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant construction work tenders online.
- Review tender documents and understand scope of work, eligibility and requirements.
- Prepare pre-bid queries / clarification points.
- Prepare and compile technical bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for required technical and company documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and compliant.
- Handle online submission of bids on various e-tender portals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids before the deadline.
- Track tender status and maintain basic tender records.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
- 2–5 years of experience in construction tendering/bidding
- Experience in online tender portals is required.
