ABOUT MAI HRMS
MaiHRMS is a next-generation HRMS/HCM platform built around AI and intelligent automation.
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics & 3D Video Designer who can transform software, technology, and AI concepts into visually impressive videos.
This is not a traditional graphic-design position.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands motion design, SaaS product storytelling, software UI animation, 2D/3D graphics, social media content, and product demonstration videos.
You should be able to take an idea such as:
“We want to demonstrate how AI can automatically screen hundreds of candidates and identify the best ones.”
…and turn it into a polished, engaging 30–60 second video combining UI animations, typography, motion graphics, 3D elements, transitions, sound design, and storytelling.
WHAT YOU WILL CREATE
You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for MaiHRMS across marketing, sales, product launches, exhibitions, social media, and advertising.
Typical projects will include:
- 15–60 second Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts/Reels
- 30–120 second SaaS promotional videos
- Software product demo videos
- Animated UI/UX demonstrations
- Feature launch videos
- AI feature demonstrations
- Explainer videos
- 2D motion graphics
- 3D motion graphics and animations
- Product visualization
- Animated dashboards and software interfaces
- Exhibition and LED-screen videos
- Website hero videos
- Paid advertising creatives
- Sales presentation videos
- Customer onboarding/tutorial videos
- Product teaser and launch campaigns
- Logo animations and brand intros/outros
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Create professional motion graphics using typography, icons, illustrations, shapes, UI elements, visual effects, and animated transitions.
Develop sophisticated animations rather than simply applying templates or basic transitions.
Create smooth, modern motion design appropriate for a premium technology/SaaS brand.
Create and integrate 3D elements into marketing and product videos.
This may include:
- 3D environments
- Abstract technology scenes
- Devices
- Screens
- Product visualizations
- Objects
- Characters where appropriate
- AI/data visualizations
- 3D typography
- Camera movements
- Lighting and rendering
The designer does not necessarily need to be a specialist 3D character animator, but must be comfortable incorporating professional 3D elements into commercial video production.
One of the most important parts of this position is the ability to make software look exciting.
You will transform MaiHRMS interfaces and product functionality into engaging visual stories.
You should understand how to:
- Animate software interfaces
- Highlight specific UI elements
- Simulate interactions and workflows
- Animate mouse movements and clicks
- Zoom dynamically into interface elements
- Transition between different screens
- Combine real product recordings with designed animations
- Create UI mockups when required
- Present dashboards and data visually
- Explain complex software workflows simply
Previous experience creating videos for SaaS, apps, software products, fintech, HRTech, AI platforms, or technology companies is highly desirable.
Create high-impact videos optimized for social media.
You should understand how to capture attention within the first 1–3 seconds of a video.
Content should be designed specifically for platforms such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Meta Ads
You should understand vertical 9:16 video production as well as 16:9, 1:1 and other advertising formats.
Edit raw footage, screen recordings, stock footage, animations, voiceovers and other assets into polished final videos.

You should not need every frame explained to you.
We want someone capable of receiving a concept or marketing message and developing it into a visual story.
You should be comfortable creating:
Concept → Script interpretation → Storyboard → Styleframes → Animation → Sound → Final delivery
You will work closely with the marketing, product, UI/UX and management teams to understand what needs to be communicated and determine the strongest visual approach.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong experience with:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
Strong knowledge of at least one professional 3D platform, such as:
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Unreal Engine
- Houdini
- Autodesk Maya
Experience with software/UI animation tools and workflows is highly valued.
Knowledge of tools such as the following is an advantage:
- Figma
- Rive
- Spline
- DaVinci Resolve
- Cavalry

- Adobe Audition
MaiHRMS is an AI-focused technology company, and we expect our creative team to actively explore modern AI-assisted production workflows.
Experience with AI tools for video, image generation, voice, VFX or creative production is highly valued.
The ideal candidate should be curious about new technologies and continuously experiment with ways AI can accelerate or improve creative production.
AI should complement strong design fundamentals — not replace them.

A portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Experience creating content specifically for B2B technology companies is a major advantage.
We are not looking for someone whose role is simply to “edit videos.”
We are looking for someone who can take a product feature and turn it into content that makes people stop scrolling, understand the value of the product, and want to see more.
For example, MaiHRMS may introduce a new AI-powered feature.
You should be able to transform that feature into:
a 15-second teaser → a 30-second Reel → a 60-second product video → a 2-minute product demonstration
while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all formats.
