What awaits you?
- Responsible for credit assessment and contract settlement on all retail finance applications for BMW dealers and Corporate accounts introducers including equipment vendors.
- Provide premium service levels, a strong focus on maintaining and improving credit and compliance quality, develop stakeholder relationships, deliver continuous improvement and focus on staff development and engagement.
- Responsible for the achievement of New Business targets and customer and dealer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the application of mandatory process management tools and methods.
- Responsible to consult partners of the organization in all aspects of products and credit decision making and to offer alternative solutions.
- Responsible to ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy.
- Responsible for aligning the operational processes with New Business guideline, Risk guideline and compliance requirements.
What you should bring along?
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Good knowledge and exposure in credit underwriting of consumer and /or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of loan risk factors and knowledge of credit processes.
- Possesses comprehensive financial analysis and good writing skills
- Able to consolidate, analyse and summarize data independently and make sound recommendations for loan approvals.
- Thinks innovatively and agile when faced with challenges.
- Able to work with high levels of confidentiality.
- Open to new ideas and willingness to learn.
