Job Description

In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of Honeywell’s products by performing thorough inspections that prevent defects from reaching customers, thereby supporting product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

- Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances to the appropriate teams for corrective action.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration standards are met to guarantee measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

- Proven experience in product inspection within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong focus on quality assurance.

- Expertise in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators to verify product specifications.

- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and documentation practices to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.

- Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection software tools to record and track inspection data.

WE VALUE

- Associate degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in inspection roles within aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

- Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality frameworks.

- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
