Must have overall-15+ years of experience.
The Solution Architect will define and guide the end-to-end architecture of AI-enabled demand and supply planning solutions. The Architect will build and automate end to end IBP capabilities using advanced technologies such Gen AI and ML. This role will translate business requirements into secure, scalable and reliable technical designs across o9, Power BI, enterprise data platforms and GenAI capabilities.
The architect will work closely with product managers, business teams, data scientists, AI engineers and platform teams to ensure that solutions are technically feasible, reusable across markets and ready for production adoption.
Skills required :
. Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, data integration and identity management.
. Understanding of GenAI architecture, including large language models, RAG, agent orchestration, prompt management and evaluation.
. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, role-based access control and service-principal patterns.
Job Duties:
. Translate planning use cases and business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
. Design for performance, scalability, reliability, observability and cost efficiency.
. Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, limitations, effort and architectural trade-offs.
. Partner with engineering teams to resolve latency, integration and production-stability issues.
. Define technical standards for testing, including offline evaluations, regression testing and configuration validation.
. Review detailed designs and implementation decisions to ensure alignment with the approved architecture.
. Support pilots, production releases and expansion across markets and business units.
Candidates with the following are not eligible:
. Experience limited primarily to data science or model development, without end-to-end solution architecture experience.
. Limited understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data integration, security and enterprise application design.
. Inability to translate business requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions.
. No experience leading architecture decisions or collaborating across product, engineering and business teams.
. Limited hands-on exposure to production deployment, performance, reliability and operational support.
