The Role
- Support data analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation and Data Flow Diagrams
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project standards
What You'll Need
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex queries and analytical functions
- Strong analytical and data investigation skills, including root cause analysis
- Experience performing data validation, testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proficiency in creating Source-to-Target Mapping documentation and Data Flow Diagrams
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work with stakeholders and technical teams
