Are you a fit?

Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:

Key Responsibilities

- Translate agreed business and marketing objectives into clear, actionable campaign briefs, defining target audiences, desired outcomes, core propositions, deliverables, channels, timelines, stakeholders, and approval paths.

- Convert campaign plans into detailed workback schedules, asset lists, ownership assignments, and practical next steps to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate ETF marketing campaigns from brief through delivery, working across internal marketing teams, writers, designers, agencies, reviewers, sales, product, and other business stakeholders.

- Support product launches, awareness initiatives, cross-sell programs, advisor communications, and sales enablement activities.

- Own day-to-day campaign follow-up, including actions, deadlines, reviews, decisions, dependencies, and escalations.

- Partner closely with Delivery and Marketing Leads on resourcing, sequencing, priorities, campaign status, and delivery risks.

- Maintain clear campaign status reporting, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into what is on track, at risk, awaiting input, or complete.

- Review creative and content against approved briefs, audience needs, campaign objectives, and channel requirements, providing clear and constructive feedback when adjustments are needed.

- Help translate complex investment and product concepts into clear, useful, and audience-appropriate marketing communications.

- Support consistency across campaign assets, including messaging, positioning, terminology, proof points, disclosures, and calls to action.

- Coordinate feedback and approval processes across business, product, legal, compliance, and other required stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of decisions and final materials.

- Track agreed campaign and advisor-engagement measures in partnership with Marketing and Analytics teams.

- Conduct focused research on competitor activity, ETF category narratives, advisor needs, and relevant market developments, translating findings into concise observations and practical recommendations.

- Capture campaign learnings and identify opportunities to improve briefs, templates, workflows, handoffs, and ways of working.

- Use designated workflow and marketing platforms to maintain campaign briefs, tasks, approvals, metadata, and source files.

Must-have Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in an agency, integrated marketing, account management, campaign management, content production, marketing operations, or a comparable cross-functional environment.

- Demonstrated experience translating business or marketing objectives into actionable briefs and coordinating work across multiple creative and business contributors.

- Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to surface risks, clarify decisions, and recommend practical next steps.

- Ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced environment while knowing when to seek strategic direction or approval.

- Strong content and creative judgment, with the confidence to assess work against audience needs, campaign objectives, and approved briefs.

- Ability to learn complex subject matter and translate it into clear, simple, and useful communications for different audiences.

- Experience coordinating content and creative review processes involving multiple stakeholders and approval stages.

- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and routine delivery risks throughout the campaign lifecycle.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

- Comfort using project management, workflow, marketing, and collaboration platforms to manage tasks, approvals, campaign documentation, and assets.

Nice-to-have

- Experience within financial services, investment management, asset management, or ETF marketing environments.

- Understanding of financial-advisor audiences, investment products, or ETF category dynamics.

- Experience working in regulated environments and coordinating legal, compliance, product, and business approvals.

- Agency or integrated marketing experience involving multiple creative disciplines, channels, and stakeholders.

- Experience supporting product launches, awareness campaigns, cross-sell programs, advisor communications, or sales enablement initiatives.

- Experience tracking campaign performance or engagement metrics and using insights to improve future activity.

- Research experience across competitor activity, market trends, customer or advisor needs, and category narratives.

- Interest in developing toward product marketing, campaign strategy, or broader asset-management marketing leadership.

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, research, analysis, content development, or process automation. Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline campaign workflows and improve team effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

- Business and marketing objectives are consistently translated into clear, actionable campaign briefs.

- Creative and content partners receive the context, decisions, and feedback needed to deliver strong work.

- Campaigns progress with clear ownership, fewer missed follow-ups, and fewer avoidable delays.

- Content and creative work are constructively challenged when they do not align with the brief, audience need, or intended campaign outcome.

- Marketing leadership can focus on strategy and final approvals rather than day-to-day task management.

- Campaign insights and learnings are captured and applied to improve future briefs, workflows, and ways of working.

- The Coordinator develops increasing fluency in ETF products, financial-advisor audiences, category narratives, and campaign performance.
