We’re hiring: Creative Strategist, Social | Nory For You

Nory is looking for the person who will decide what we should create on social, for whom, and why—and then turn that thinking into compelling content.

This is not a social-calendar management role.

You will:

• Mine customer conversations, reviews and communities for insights

• Build Nory’s social content thesis and repeatable formats

• Deconstruct Instagram and YouTube trends

• Write strong Hinglish and English hooks and scripts

• Direct founder-led content and learn from performance data

You could come from an agency strategy desk, a D2C healthcare/wellness brand, or a creator-led content team.

What matters is evidence that you have personally turned an insight into content that worked.

Location: Gurugram, On-site

Experience: 4–7 years; exceptional 3-year profiles welcome

Reports to: Founder
