🎯 The Role
Perform Digital Media (PDM) runs TikTok Shop for D2C eCommerce brands. We're looking for someone who already lives in Seller Centre to own a portfolio of accounts and the team delivering them.
You'll own store setup and optimisation, GMV Max scaling, affiliate programmes, logistics and compliance. You own the numbers, the client relationship, and the people executing.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Own store setup and ongoing optimisation across a portfolio of TikTok Shop accounts
- Scale GMV Max, own the targets, and report on performance with confidence
- Build and run affiliate programmes, from recruitment through to management and payouts
- Handle logistics and keep every store compliant with TikTok Shop UK requirements
- Own the client relationship, communicating via Slack/Meet and managing expectations proactively
- Lead the people executing in your pod, setting priorities and holding the standard
- Think like a client, own your numbers and outcomes. Understand our scale matrix and how to scale brands to new heights following our methods.
🌱 What Success Looks Like
In 6 months:
- You're running your portfolio end to end with GMV growing month on month and compliance clean across every store
- Affiliate programmes are recruiting and converting without you chasing them
- Your pod knows what good looks like because you've set it
In 12 months:
- You're scaling accounts into new markets and new tiers of spend
- You've become a key part of the TikTok Shop team, trusted, proactive, and always hungry for growth
🧠 What You'll Bring
Must haves:
- ✅ Proven hands-on experience with a TikTok Shop brand doing £50k+ per month (in-platform, not adjacent)
- ✅ Technical grasp of TikTok Shop UK compliance for brands
- ✅ Proven store setup and optimisation of existing stores
- ✅ A GMV Max scaling track record you can walk us through
- ✅ Affiliate recruitment and management, plus logistics handling
- ✅ UK or EU based, fluent English
Nice to have:
- ➕ Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- ➕ Multi-market TikTok Shop experience
- ➕ Meta or Google paid media background
