Can you build on Databricks, orchestrate agents with LangGraph, AND explain it to a business manager without triggering an existential crisis? We need you.

The Mission:
We are looking for a rare breed: a solid Databricks Engineer who has crossed over to the dark side of GenAI and Agentic systems. You’ll be building a real, production-grade AI agent application for Erste Group’s internal teams. No endless PoCs that die in a slide deck — real production, real scale.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Tame Databricks (Model Serving, LLM Gateway, MLflow, Unity Catalog).
- Deploy clean code without human intervention using Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB).
- Build smart agentic flows using LangGraph & LangChain (and know when not to overengineer an agent).
- Tweak RAG, optimize system prompts, and handle context limits like a pro.
- Translate technical "magic" into clear business logic for stakeholders.
Your Tech Toolbox:
- Databricks Core: Unity Catalog, Model Serving, LLM Gateway, MLflow.
- CI/CD: Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB).
- GenAI / Orchestration: LangGraph, LangChain, RAG architecture, Prompt Engineering.
- Languages: Python (Fluent), English (Fluent), Business-to-Tech translation (Native).
