Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for regional sales management, coordinating with dealer networks to improve overall sales performance and brand presence. This role also supports for developing and managing key enterprise and institutional customers in the Brazilian market, including government entities, corporate fleets, mobility platforms, rental car companies, and large-scale fleet customers.
2. Develop and manage fleet sales in Brazil, including corporate clients, government projects, leasing and fleet customers;
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide customized EV solutions based on customer needs;
4. Define and execute key account sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets;
5. Lead pricing proposals, contract negotiations, and project implementation for key accounts;
6. Collaborate with Marketing to organize product launches, test-drive events, and corporate roadshows;
7. Coordinate with dealer networks to enhance their B2B sales capability and execution;
8. Oversee order fulfillment, financing solutions, and aftersales coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction;
9. Provide sales data analysis and market insights to support management decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
3. Strong understanding of the Brazilian automotive market, with experience handling corporate fleets, leasing companies, or government tenders preferred;
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills;
5. Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment;
6. Fluency in English;
7. Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
