Senior Supply Chain Planner - 7091
Visp, Switzerland
Start immediately – Contract until 31.12.2026
Main Tasks:
- Support the Supply Chain team in designing and implementing projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Prepare project proposals, timeframes, and schedules
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Monitor and report project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and determine any changes needed to keep projects on schedule
- Act as the point of contact for project status, organizing and participating in stakeholder and project team meetings.
- Analyze risks and opportunities and handle them appropriately
- Collaborate closely with peers across the Supply Chain network and other stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems or a related field
- Senior project management experience driving quality remediation, compliance, or material management projects in a highly regulated GMP environment (Pharma, Biotech, or CDMO)
- Solid background in SAP Material Master, material classification, and supplier data collection (SDS / technical specifications), combined with hands-on experience in CAPA-like action tracking, quality systems, and audit readiness standards
- Effective stakeholder management, motivating team player with strong communication skills
- Good English and German
- Good presentation and content creation skills
- Open to taking on administrative tasks
