Your role in this mission: We're seeking an ambitious, early-career generalist to act as an Associate to our SOS Business Lead. You'll take ownership of the commercial, partner, and operations projects that matter most to WorkFlex SOS, our duty of care and travel risk management line - and grow into someone as fluent in the subject as the Business Lead themselves. You'll report directly to the SOS Business Lead.
🎯 What you will do
- Take ownership of high-priority projects the SOS Business Lead assigns to you, spanning commercial, partner, and operational topics - and drive them from problem to delivered outcome.
- Support commercial efforts: help build enablement processes and drive Go-To-Market objectives with the Business Lead.
- Help managing event based marketing campaigns, external relationships & partners. Support the Business Lead on building internal processes.
- Act as a proxy for the SOS Business Lead in meetings, synthesizing information and preparing materials for internal and customer-facing discussions.
- Build proficiency in Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management - including frameworks like ISO 31030 - so you can represent the topic credibly as the SOS Associate.
- Wearing many hats: Solving internal bottlenecks, championing the SOS product in other departments (and vice versa).
⭐ What you need to succeed
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, startups, or a generalist/founder's associate-type role), or an outstanding academic record with strong internship experience at minimum.
- Excellent cross-collaboration and communication skills in English and German, written and spoken.
- A structured, analytical approach to solving ambiguous problems. Comfortable working with latest AI & quantitative data.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Passionate for networking and a fundamental understanding of how SaaS sales, marketing and partnerships works.
- Genuine interest or preliminary experience in the following topics: Duty of Care / Travel Risk Management, Travel Insurance and Emergency Management (SOS).
