Job Purpose
To lead and monitor the recruitment function for Zoi Hospitals by managing one Executive Recruiter, ensuring vacancies are progressed through defined recruitment milestones and closed within the prescribed TAT. The role will be responsible for recruitment planning, daily tracking, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Supervise and guide one Executive Recruiter to ensure daily recruitment activities and targets are achieved.
- Ensure every vacancy moves through defined recruitment milestones within the prescribed TAT.
- Track recruitment TAT, ageing vacancies, interview status, offer status, and joining status on a daily/weekly basis.
- Allocate vacancies to the recruiter and follow up on progress until closure.
- Coordinate with HODs and hiring managers for JD finalisation, candidate feedback, interview scheduling, selection and offer approvals.
- Ensure timely sourcing through appropriate channels such as job portals, referrals, walk-ins, consultants, social media and campus recruitment.
- Maintain a healthy and relevant candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks at any recruitment stage and take immediate corrective action to move the vacancy forward.
- Ensure interview feedback and selection decisions are received within defined timelines.
- Monitor offer-to-joining conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Ensure recruitment MIS and vacancy trackers are updated accurately and regularly.
- Conduct regular recruitment review meetings with the recruiter and share vacancy status with HR leadership.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate records are maintained as per organisational requirements.
- Support hiring for critical, specialised and bulk requirements whenever required.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment turnaround time and process efficiency.
