About the role:
This role is ideal for a candidate interested in corporate taxation, providing hands-on experience with tax provisions, state and international tax filings, transfer pricing, and tax account reconciliations. The position offers exposure to global tax operations while supporting compliance activities, financial analysis, and key tax reporting processes.
In this role you will:
- Preparation of consolidated corporate tax adjustments for quarterly provision.
- Preparation of state income and franchise tax returns and estimated tax payments.
- Assist in preparation and analysis for global transfer pricing.
- Assist with month close tax account analysis and reconciliations.
- Assist with preparation of US International tax returns and disclosures.
- Participate in required intern events
What makes You an ideal candidate?
Knowledge
- Efficient with computer technology.
- Academic knowledge of tax, accounting or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and use new technology.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Experience
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Accounting or a related field.
