Slalom's Ohio Valley Market is seeking a Client Partner at the Senior Principal or Director level to grow our Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business. The selected candidate will build and expand strategic client relationships, drive new business, and oversee delivery excellence across the region.

We are looking for an experienced consulting leader with strong Retail and CPG industry experience and relationships. The final level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated scope of leadership.

What You'll Do

- Carry annual revenue responsibility of approximately $2M–$4M+ at Senior Principal or $4M–$6M+ at Director

- Build and deepen executive-level relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to client leaders

- Develop account strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and long-term client value

- Grow Slalom’s Retail and CPG business across the Ohio Valley Market

- Identify, shape, and close consulting opportunities across Slalom’s capabilities

- Lead account planning, pursuits, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal execution

- Provide executive oversight for client engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction

- Maintain an individual utilization target of approximately 60% at Senior Principal or 40% at Director

- Partner with capability leaders, delivery teams, and alliance partners to bring innovative solutions to clients

- Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of team members

What You'll Bring

- Significant experience leading client relationships, business development, and delivery within a management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services organization

- Proven success growing consulting accounts through executive relationship development, new business acquisition, and delivery excellence

- Strong Retail and CPG industry experience and relationships

- Experience managing portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction

- A history of identifying, shaping, and closing complex business and technology consulting opportunities

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers

- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

- Ability to balance business development, account leadership, delivery oversight, financial management, and people leadership responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $144,000 to $216,000 at the Senior Principal level and $164,000 to $246,000 at the Director level. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
