Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, investigations, legal technology, compliance, privacy operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including preservation, collection, processing, search, review, and delivery.
- Experience writing or working with SQL queries to retrieve data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Experience documenting and tracking work in Jira or a comparable ticketing system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while actively collaborating and asking for help when needed.
- Sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, or time-critical matters.
- Willingness and ability to participate in the required on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting law enforcement response requests.
- Experience processing DSARs or other privacy-related requests.

Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking an eDiscovery Specialists to support its Information Security eDiscovery team. These individuals will manage operational eDiscovery work related to law enforcement requests, data subject requests, legal holds, data preservation, collection, and review.
The ideal candidate understands the EDRM lifecycle, has practical SQL experience, and can independently manage a queue of sensitive requests while maintaining accurate documentation in Jira. Candidates should be comfortable following established processes, collaborating with the broader team, and escalating issues when additional guidance is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support law enforcement response requests, including retrieving relevant data using SQL queries.
- Process data subject requests and collect information from cloud-based data sources.
- Support legal holds throughout the preservation, collection, processing, search, review, and delivery lifecycle.
- Write, review, and troubleshoot SQL queries used to retrieve responsive data.
- Manage assigned requests and matters independently within a queue.
- Track all activities, status updates, decisions, and blockers in Jira.
- Monitor deadlines and escalate time-sensitive requests appropriately.
- Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and other internal teams.
- Follow established workflows while recognizing when a request requires additional investigation or a different approach.
- Communicate issues clearly and bring forward potential solutions.
- Participate in collaborative working sessions and team communication channels.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency law enforcement response requests.
