We are currently seeking a System Operations Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Senior Systems Operations Engineer: Digital Transformation and Innovation

In this position you will provide support for Digital Transformation and Innovation as a Senior Systems Operations Engineer on the Platform Stability, Safety and Soundness (PS3) Platform Team aligned with this portfolio. The focus will be to drive, execute and support practices and innovative solutions that deliver sustainable, stable and mature operations across the Platform organization. Responsibilities include:

- Liaise with line of business partners, technology teams, and application vendor to

document and troubleshoot issues.

- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation, planning and direction to resolve complex business

problems

- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve

Issues, provide technological solutions, and manage both project schedules and

- deliverables

- Coordinate communication and information between business and technology teams

- Backlog prioritization based on OKR’s and Roadmap priorities.

- Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting,

and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

- Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function

- Collaborate and consult with Product Managers, Analysts, and Delivery Leads

- Guide agile development teams towards maturity, use of metrics and increased efficiency.

- Integrate and analyze data from multiple disparate systems of record, providing summary and detail views

- Create, publish and maintain data in support of Business Intelligence reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Excel, Power BI)

- SharePoint site support, including custom content and user experience development

- Drives efficiency and automation of data acquisition and analysis processes

- Adherence to Wells Fargo technical process controls and standards

Preferred Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience; Strong analytical skills with both detail and big-picture processing; Self-motivated, well organized with strong innovation and data analysis knowledge; Proven oral and written communication skills; Excellent business presentation skills. Skilled in, Power Point, Excel, Power BI, Jira.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in IT as well as financial industry.

- 5+ years of experience of working in Risk and Compliance of financial domain.

- Expertise to work in JIRA, Kanban, to be able to exploit JIRA’s features to efficiently manage the workload for large number of stories.

- 2+ Years of experience in automation or scripting (python, ansible etc.). This role demands automating the manual tasks.

- Experience in application/platform vulnerability management.

- 5+ years of business intelligence experience.

- 5+ experience to work in Service Now suite of products such as Business Applications Management, Incident Management.

- Ability of performing data analytics, keen eye, and high attention to the minute details of the data, ability to research and troubleshoot data related issues and providing quality and accurate deliverable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management.

- Working experience in collaboration tools and document management tools such as SharePoint.

- 3+ years of experience working in managed services model as demonstrated through work, military, or education.

Desired Qualifications

- Scripting and automation experience.

- JIRA Automation.

- Experience with data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau

- Ability to work independently.

- Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment.

- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management.

- Strong team or technical leadership experience.
