About the Company

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a naturally friendly and motivated individual to join their small B2B (Business-to-Business) support team.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring business customers receive a top-tier experience. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for B2B customers via phone and email.
- Processing customer orders accurately and following up on queries.
- Supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance.
- Building strong, friendly relationships with long-standing business clients.
- Managing and updating the internal company system (training provided).

Requirements:
- Naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Ability to handle a busy environment at times (if you’ve managed busy shop floors or customer service desks, you’ll fit right in).
- Confident user of MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner.
